This is the first step before anything else happens. We’ll set up a time to have a zoom call (or by phone if need-be) and talk for about 15 minutes about your goals, preferences, injury/medical history, limitations, and everything in between. This way, you’ll know if it’s a good fit for you and I’ll have the necessary info to draw up your perfect plan. This call is always 100% FREE!

Personalized Training Program

You will gain access to the Fitness Simplified training app. You’ll receive a comprehensive training plan aligned with your goals and completely catered to your circumstances. Absolutely everything I can lay out for you will be, and there will be ZERO thinking or planning on your end. All you have to do is show up and follow the roadmap.

Nutrition Coaching

Understanding nutrition can be a tricky thing. Understanding the right nutrition for you and your goals can be even trickier. However, with the right plan in place, you’ll get results with or without your consent

Check-ins

We’ll have regular check-ins to assess what you’ve liked, what’s been working, and what needs to change. This can be a weekly email, call, text etc. How we communicate is variable and will be in line with your preferences/needs.

Support, Access, & Accountability

You will constantly have access to me through my personal phone number. When questions and obstacles arise, I will be there to help you anyway I can. Further, if preferred, I will keep up with you and ensure you are accomplishing the tasks needed for success. This can be one of the most effective aspects of a plan to ensure you attain what you’re after.

Education

Throughout our time working together, all the necessary steps will be laid out and I will make sure there’s no thinking on your part. However, past this, I will ensure you understand why all these steps are necessary. This will ensure you move towards full and independent control over your health.
