Who am I to be writing this newsletter?

If you don’t know me, I’m Zachary Keith.

I earned a bachelor’s of exercise physiology at Florida State and am a current student of physical therapy.

I am a certified sports nutritionist (CISSN), as well as a strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS).

I have worked with people in a 1:1 setting for about 7 years now.

I strongly believe that building real fitness is one of the most meaningful pursuits you can take to achieve resilient physical & mental health, lasting quality of life, and a body worth showing off.

I also strongly believe having real fitness will make you more effective with your family, in your career, and life in general.

Who is the typical person subscribed to this newsletter?

  • Working people between 35-55 years of age

  • Married; often with kids

  • Early to intermediate in their level of fitness or their knowledge of fitness

  • Those are don’t just want the ‘look good’ from fitness; but also want to feel better, improve energy, & improve health- and life-span

  • Looking for detailed, nuanced answers; and want sense made to all the confusion and noise across the internet
