Free Sample Training Weeks
The following are five different weeks of training that differ based on the number of training days per week.
All are oriented toward the goal of improving both strength and endurance simultaneously.
My hope in providing you with these is threefold:
First, they show you what a good week of training looks like for this goal
Second, they give you a glimpse of what my programming looks like if you’re considering 1:1 coaching
Third, and most importantly, I hope they deliver you better results than what you have been achieving before. If you execute on them, I am confident they will
